Could have absolutely cleaned up at Meydan last week with 9 of the 15 punts returning profit. Batwan turned out was drawn on the wrong side and Legend of Time overcame 13, so I really stuffed the draw adjustments. Anyway...

The hardest Meydan card I can remember. Silent Film I'm keen on with Star of Mystery. Gioia Ceica may make up a trixie, the rest a on a whim.

Meydan 130 - Nothing I really like in this. None of these are decent 5f turf handicappers. Shamalaam and Many a Star are potentially the most likely but I'm having a wild punt on oldboy Rumasaat 33/1ew. Arguably the best handicapped on previous form. Last week the high draws were the place to be. 3 years ago would have beaten Equilateral over C&D in a handicap. Clearly not going to be as capable, but sod it, let's go.... NR

Meydan 1405 - Another race no real interest so another wild punt with Tactical Bound 18/1ew. 

Meydan 2.40 - Hmmm. Another race, another blow out for me. Nothing fits what I'd punt. The closest is Gioia Cieca 14/1ew but has no course form which always bugs me. This ran well a while back in the Cazzo handicap behind Modern News, which was 7f a quick ground. Won a c3 over 7f turf before being bought so assume M Al Mheri sees something.

Meydan 315 - This card in not fun. No bet.

Meydan 350 - Starlust is best at weights, but Star of Mystery 11/4 looks the best over 6f and of course has Buick onboard.

Meydan 425 - For The Top would win this. Oh wait NR. Kafoo 11/1 ew next on the list but hardly confident

Meydan 500 - Silent Film 10/1ew looks a decent ew here. Ursa Minor worries me the most

Meydan 535 - Worst race yet to try and work out. No bet.

Meydan 610 - I don't remember a card as bad as this from a having a hunch on a winner perspective. Lucius Tiberius 50/1ew gets a hugely tenative punt. If breaks well can get a place minumum.
