Donny 1.30 - Trilby 5/1ew.

Jer Batt and Rosario both wearing first time headgear so keen to take those stats on. The form behind Fine Interview is decent enough, ran best race since wind surgery lto and can win a c2 off this mark. Course and ground are fine.

Donny 2.40 - Lam Yai 9/4.

Brings best form to table. Nearly a G3 winner. Rest need to step up a fair bit.

Donny 3.40 - High Degree 9/2

Tried hard to find some to beat this, but the form lto is I think best of the field. Decent run behind Kings Charter over C&D too. 

Donny 4.25 - Fantasy Believer 10/1ew

Won well enough on leger day over C&D to think can do it again. If Savvy Victory bounces back to form would be biggest danger.

 1.33 Doncaster - This one is really tricky. Can make a case for 7 of them. Given the ground is heavy it's worth looking at Korker (again). Is the best handicapped horse in the race. The best form on heavy ground and the second best over this distance, joint with Rousing Encore and behind Strike Red. Backed lto, missed the break by couple lengths (again), was checked in run in and only finished few lengths of a decent winner. Burke is flying at the moment so giving it go. In the same race Rousing Encore who I also backed was last off the bridle and after hit the button pretty much had to pull up. Both need to make sure don't leave it too late to fly home.

3.18 Doncaster - Can strike off over half the field in this knowing they'll not go on the ground. Rhoscolyn loves it. Best handicapped horse, best on this ground and second best over this distance on numbers.

Rhoscolyn 10/1ew

4.28 - Doncaster - Didn't need to look too far for this one. C&D winner. Winner on heavy ground, stats are towards the top.

Had a stinker of a week with work so sadly not looked at the card in depth as planned so not forcing it.

12.55 - 5 runner race. 3 year olds struggle in the race. Trawlerman the right fave but not backing at 1/2. Given only 5 runners, Sweet William may given a decent race but no betting value here.

1.30 - New race? No trends. Hmm Words of Truth on paper a worthy fave. Siren Suit form behind Wise Approach is really very interesting and might be the ew value play but seems missed the big prices at 16/1. Not playing the race

2.05 - I'm on Kind of Blue 20/1 Antepost. Think has a decent chance at retaining crown. Lazzat and BIg Mojo are the biggest dangers so prices look about right. Which side of the track will have the dreaded Ascot draw bias? Isherin was next on my list.

2.45 - Waardah 6/1. 

3.25 - Field of Gold best on stats by a fair bit, but it won't be an easy race. Surpised Lion in Winter is 12/1 and Never So Brave is decent. Carl Spack maybe ew play. Might look again in the morning.

4.05 - Could pick anyone of the top 3 in market, so leaving be.

4.40 - Bopedro 50/1 Antepost but don't like fact Winn is booked now. Arsaig 14/1 meets all trends, Spencer booked and can win off this mark.. Cerlean Bay 12/1 looks like has more in hand also.  Just hope low is where you want to be

 Newmarket 1.15 - First Conquest 4/1

I think Damysus prefers a longer trip, whereas think First Conquest this is perfect distance. Liberty Lane is the best over this distance, but the ground will suit First Conquest better. Obviously stats for Appelby/Buick here are strong. Gladius yet to win a pattern race

Newmarket 3.00 - Italy 9/1ew

Looks risky to take on Distant Storm and Gstaad, but if Italy settles then I think could win. Looks a proper unit, but will today be the day settles? Small bet to find out. Guineas Antepost might be an interesting play. Oxagon was interesting too.

York 3.15 - Korker 20/1ew, Rousing Encore 16/1ew

Both can win this. Korker needs to not miss the break and Sullivan needs just not to screw it up. 

Newmarket 3.40 - Fireblade 22/1ew

Bunting has a very good chance as do a few at the top of the market, but going for one that has not reached it's ceiling. Looks to be improving, meets trends, wins all come right handed and fast ground will suit this more than others.

York 4.30 - Zimmerman 14/1ew

Back to winnable mark over C&D, and ran a better race lto.

Don't usually bet 2year old races, but think the Goffs at York is strong form. Ghost Mode looks a worthy fave but this is good value to give it a good race. Red Spells Danger being backed a fair bit. Hmm

5.00 York - Feel The Need 14/1ew

Backed lto over C&D. Was 6th. Didn't realise had bled from nose race before. Decent run last race. Can win of this mark

Speccy but chance if catches others asleep

3.00 Ascot - Annaf 8/1ew

Best on numbers

3.35 Ascot - Balmacara 11/1ew and Hickory 8/1ew

Both are ahead of marks. Balamacara is offically 7lb ahead of mark and soft ground will be right up street. Hoping low is place to be drawn. 

4.10 Ascot - Venuture Captial 13/2ew

Last chance for this one for me. Should be winning off this mark

4.50 Gowran Park - Nas Na Riogh 9/1ew

Quite well faniced lto. Think cheekpieces will really sharpen up and penultimate race ran really well after break.
