Another decent handicap winner 16/1 yesterday on top of a 33/1 handicap winner the day before. I missed flat handicaps. 

1.30 Newbury - I was really keen on Mojo Star. Then started over analysing. Stott not won at Newbury Hannon it the crossbar 3 times in the race. Hurricane Lane G1 winner with ground in favour. Multiple C&D on soft winners. Really should leave the race alone but had a pop on Lone Eagle 14/1ew. Dettori rode this for Meade and nearly beat Hurricane Lane in the Irish Derby. Assuming Hurricane Lane will be building back towards the Arc, maybe a chance not fully wound up. Hoping LE can bounce back. Sure MS will now win :)

1.50 Ayr - City Chief 15/8. Course winner. In good form. Hendo in good form

2.05 Newbury - When looked this morning had my eye on Remarquee 7/2 largely based on debut. Been well backed so stick with it

2.25 Ayr - Salasda 10/1ew potentially chucked in

2.40 Newbury - Chaldean 4/6 is so far ahead on ratings

3.15 Newbury - I hate backing short price faves in big handicaps, but Lattam will surely be really hard to beat? I nearly backed it in the Irish Lincoln and the way it won suggests has enough in hand to win again. I'll surely put it into an acca. Can make a case for many of these. Will plump for Atrium 10/1ew. Has needed first run back both seasons. C&D winner. Won with enough in hand at the leger meeting. Drawn next to Lattam and also a hold up runner so will be interesting.

3.35 Ayr - Mighty Thunder 22/1ew

4.55 Newbury - Warning Sign 9/1ew. Won the race last time on the wrong side. Moore been going well with jumps and has had some big winners at Newbury over the years. He operating at +£106!

4.10 Redcar - Barossa 28/1ew (4places with Unibet & Unibetboost). 3.5 lenghts behind Desert Hero rated 94. If this horse stays potentially a stone in hand.

3.45 Windsor - Coco Beach 5/1ew. Likes heavy, likes Windsor, goes well fresh, can win off this mark

5.55 Windsor - Lawn Ranger 11/2ew. Looking at last C&D effort on soft. Down in class. Down 7lb. Havlin booked.

I potentially am not learning my lesson by backing a couple of these whose trainers and jockeys haves poor records at Aintree and/or in poor form. Namely Martello Sky, A Different Kind and French Dynamite, but sod it.

1.45 Aintree  - Complete Unknown 13/2ew

Solid pedigree stats for this and looks like the one who is still improving the most.

2.20 Aintree - Martello Sky 25/1ew

Minefield. Crept down the ratings and now back in a handicap. Potentially significant jokey booking.

Nells Son and Tritonic were next on list.

2.55 Aintree - No Looking Back 10/1, Inthepocket 9/2

Inthepocket looks a decent shot here but surely 2m4f is better? Apaz they don't think so and the Marine Nationale form is rock, but I noticed No Looking Back gave Irish Point 9lb when only just touched off so can't be far off a 150 horse. Trainer had two big long shot winners few days back. Split stakes across the two otn.

Altobelli and foundafifty were next on list.

3.30 Aintree  - French Dynamite 8/1ew

I don't think Fakir is as good as last year. Nicholls is running two in this. I think Hitman may have hit a ceiling and Pic D'O tbh maybe does have a chance, but I'm drawn to French Dynamite who is still improving. Ran a cracker in the Ryanair and ground will be okay today.

4.05 Aintree - Haut en Colours 12/1ew

After the bet I had on this to beat Fakir when fell I'm following it blinding now. I still think is well handicapped but probably tough of top weight. So many others could back but sticking with one. Geskille looks decent too.

4.40 Aintree - Absolute Notions 4/1

Had a decent antepost bet for Chelts on this and gutted swerved the bet. It's a big field full of unexposed types but will stick with this. Maximilian is a tracker horse given beat Stay Far Away, but McCain stable not going well enough for me to consider

5.15 Aintree - A Different Kind 40/1ew, Parramount 8/1, Washington 12/1 

After saying can't back a McCain horse given current stable form looks like I backed it last night. It' been slammed in the betting so assumed was tipped up somewhere

Having looked again this morning Parramount is chucked in and Washington have decent chances too

1.45 Aintree - Saint Roi 7/2.

Nicholls has tried with 9 horses to win this and not succeeded and JOB is still not in great form. Even though I think Banbridge is the likely winner with JOB form and Slevin hasn't ridden a winner at Aintree it's enough from me to hit Saint Roi. I think ran a great race in the Arkle.

2.20 Aintree - Scriptwriter 15/2. Money back 2nd,3rd,4th

I think Zenta wins, but the value is Scriptwriter. The formline puts most of these to bed except Zenta who gets a big allowance and so is miles clear on ratings.

2.55 - Aintree - Shishkin 2/1

Four of these could win. Will be great to watch

4.05 Aintree - Dento Des Obeaux 20/1ew

Ran the highest RPR last timeout and unbeaten last 3. Will try make all. Benny King is interesting but will stick with one

4.40 Aintree - Douglas Talking 9/1 Antepost.

I have a concern about the inexperienced jockey on Douglas but the horse is surely the best handicapped even if up 17lb inc loss of clamier. Will try to make all.

Hatcher 12/1.

Skelton and handicaps. Can't ignore this. Chucked in on best form. Second run back after wind op. May win here and if not will try again at Ayr no doubt.

5.15 Aintree - Baby Sage 12/1ew

King has won this twice. Pedigree okay. Ran to a 110 and looked really raw. Can improve and go close.

Might hit a Nicholls acca with Magic Saint, Seeyouindreams, Stagestar
