1.30 - Usually looking for a front runner, but given the ground, hold up is okay. You don't want to be held up close to the rail though or you risk traffic. Call Margot is twice the price of Alfa Duplicate which makes no sense to me. This horse is quick, will get strong pace and just have to hope horse has learned to settle and that Sam James doesn't get stuck behind a wall, and steers it around the pack from last to first. I did initially back Rosie Frith at 25s and can't cash out, but I think with the likely ground, top weight and pace, it may set up better for hold ups.

2.40 - Hoping for Burke to have a decent day. Ice Max has better suited ground today and was a decent second in this last year.

4.40 - Sterling Knight is back to form. Whether quite good enough to win, I'm unsure, but has run well here before, has Moore booked, got a decent enough draw so at 20's willing. Man of La Mancha is a fairly obvious pick after being badly hampered lto. Think will need to win a race like this if wants to up mark for Royal Hunt Cup

5.15 - Stella Sunrise best on numbers, but Ellusive Butterfly is  good ew option. Last off the bridle lto with nowhere to go, started to pick up and then had to jolt again. Gone down another pound for it but not putting it into a handicap and so is maybe a good sign.

5.50 - This was the trickiest one to solve. Aurora Majesty decent enough C&D form and in a c2handicap at Goodwood. Been off for a while, but I'm watching the betting on this one. If gets backed, I'm following n. Currently 35s on the exchanges.

I was going to put up Mister Bluebird and Crimson Spirit, but I spotted something. Son. Ran in the Greeham. Can argue has regressed, but other that a handicap blot at Haydock, if this reproduces that form will win.
