Year 1.5: Update on Ban Jay Desai

Slack is an understatement when describing the condition of this blog. I’ve not yet fully updated the P&L for June or July either, but wow have I lost the plot with discipline since I started tracking again. Stakes have varied from £10 - £750, maiden punting has gone on the up, 2yr and unexposed 3yr punting on the up and some retirement chasing accumulators on the up. Good news is that so is the P&L. Bad news is it can’t possible last, so I need to calm it, especially as work and weddings are at the forefront of everything at the moment and am not investing the appropriate time in research. 888.com have stopped taking any of my bets and I’m ascertaining whether this officially counts as a ban. I want a letter if so.

One thing I must mention as it’s now getting closer to the Arc is Zarakash. My outrageously daft punt that this horse would win the 2014 renewal it even before it’s conception. Debut in next couple months.
