1.50 - Bathsheba Bay beat Alfarris last time out, who went onto win easily in first handicap on meeting. Also produced a solid 87 RPR behind Dee Ex Bee at Goodwood. Mark today is 87 4 races one. Should have won last race too so just needs the breaks. Not sure why not booked Moore for this race though so will add another to list. Maverick Officer who ran in the Britannia. Very close to Vasle of Kent yesterday who nearly beat my pick Medahim so form is strong in my book

I back Billesdon Brook in the Coronation but had no chance with AC though hampered and would have finished closer. You don't win a guineas by fluke and Hannon was always keen to step BB up so must have a huge change being top rated by 4lb with the weight allowance

Only MJ dart here and can't be ignored but surely now handicapper nearly got him? Tuff Rock has solid form with Crowned Eagle and taking that into account over return to better trip is better handicapped than RR. I looked for ages at Medrano wondering why name was so familiar. This nag was running in G1 races! Stormed down handicap, likes this time of year, solid run at Goodwood, SBS booked. Tasty ew

Newbury 2.25 - Looking at the Ascot Stakes Stratum 9/2 is the one I'm taking from race. Almoghared does look very solid with over a stone pull at the weighs due to age, but gotta be a tough race for a 3yr old? Couer Lion also interesting but worried about drop in trip

Newmarket 2.45 - Looks like I'll follow Highgarden 4/1 off a cliff :)

Newbury 3.00 - Projection looked like he struggled over 6f last time out but does just about stay. Equalteral 3/1 was a big flop at Ascot but scope badly post race so willing to give another try based on Foxrot Lady demolishion job. Gets a solid 3yr allowance and Buick booked

Ascot 12.45 - Market has this spot on with Line of Reason, Bacchus, Polybius and Spring Loaded at top of market. Watching the Wokingham again I think Spring Loaded would beat Major Jumbo. Line of Reason an only 5 days ago, so not sure can back with confidence. Leaves below two with Poly the fave as Simcock is decent nick and also an well in this race last year of higher mark!
