Goodwood 3.20 - Everyone looks to have Can't Change It 10/1 lined up on their radar. Backed it big ew last night but you can't change the fact goodwood has soooo mnay hard luck stories and unless Queally works his magic could be another case of hard luck. Totally wieghted to win again over C&D. The 2 biggest threats Nuno and Shady are hopefully drawn too wide

Goodwood 3.55 - Mr Singh 9/2 is a G3 winner. If Detorri makes all on him today, hopefully a big chance, but I have no idea what tactics big d will go with.,

Goodwood 4.30 - Thikriyaat 7/4 was very game over C&D last time and even low lowest rated in field looks progressive. 3year olds do well, Zonderland is the only other but I still think Thik has better form

Goodwood 5.05 - I'm hoping for a huge big race Queally/Simcock double. Red Rannagh 11/4 lost 5 lengths at the start here at Goodwood last time and was finishing very very well.


Newmarket 1.50 - Mazyoun 4/5 

Newmarket 3.00 - Symbolic 5/1. Hood has worked. Form of Newmarket maiden pretty good so good chance especially within Gosdens good form and record here

Newmarket 3.35 - Yarrow 14/1 looks dangerous. If you ignore last run when blocked and then gave up, and go back to the Pontefract race every reason to think well handicapped. Ultimately pattern class horse in a handicap

Newmarket 4.10 - Eastern Impact 3/1, G3 winner, C&D winner top rated in good form back down to Listed

4.00 Musselburgh - Ginger Jack 7/2 C&D winner, unlucky last time, form franked by winner and has won Class 3 handicaps off 87 and 86. Is 87 today. The MJ nag look the biggest danger

8.45 Wolves - Rocket Power 7/2, no real racing room last time out but ran well enough. Backed a Tate horse yday @ 12/1 backed into 4/1, but fooked around at the start and was a NR. Tate had 2 winners though so stable in good nick. Morris rides well enough here. Big Eljaddaf fan for the money has made met this season but Winston and Ivory not have great time of things this month and although I think better over C&D than RP, sticking with the 3yr old who hopefully has some decent improvement in him

3.05 - One More Word 8/1 Solid C&D form. Mustashary could be a total shoo in and will go into an acc rather than single. Lat Hawill 16/1 should have won last race and probs still well in. Azraff was next on list along with Solar Diety. Hmm. SD is 33/1 so nibble on that. form is solid

1.55 - Hmm. Minefield. I suspect it's best to be drawn low, but there are some decent horses drawn high! There is one horse in this field though that will always have my eye. Hurricane Harry 12/1; Cost me about £7k when beat Bogart at York after I'd landed a 12/1 and 10/1 in first two legs of the treble. I tried to reconcile and quickly spotted was 2nd in the Portland of couple lbs lower. Also spotted decent entries as a 2yr old so clearly this one is well thought of. I'm worried he has stall problems as has lost lengths before and you just can' do that in sprints. Overall, C&D winner, trainers last 2 runners have won, this is one of few progressive horses in fields. The other is Captain Colby 12/1. Could have and maybe should have beaten Alpha Delphini at York last time, but for a poor ride. Buick onbaord and that form has to be the best handicap form on show. If the high draw is not a negative liking it's chances. Zanetto 33/1 has a chance for a place based on last run at York. Red Pike has franked form and this horse has won a listed race before on lifetime high of 109

2.30 - Best of Days 5/4. Really very impressive on debut. A lot of other decent potential. Godolphin buying the horse a few days back must be a sign of how good the horse is?

3.05 - AOB doesn't have a very good record at York. Never won this race. Last 6 horses all beat. However this must be his best chance to change all that. Idaho 5/6 rocks up after going close in 2 G1s. This is a step down in class.

3.40 - 10.5 furlongs, York. Arabian Queen 50/1 bt Golden Horn last yr! Still can;t believe that. Anyhow. Postponed is unbeaten around the world in 5 G1/2 races, but yard is out of form and Postponed is not a 10furlong horse on paper so we have to the take him on. Hawkbill a G1 winner with serious formlines is a solid proposition. 3 yr old allowance alone puts this ahead of Postponed but why he not run at Ascot few weeks back?! Highland Reel was given a masterclass ride by Ryan in the KG. No Ryan today. Wings of Desire was back in second. Win the C&D Dante win under belt Wings of Desire 14/1 shouldn't be double the price of HR. Dupre has had 2 wins from 2 runs at York. Dariyan 18/1 has won a G1 over 10.5f and the horse he beat that day has also won a G1.


4.20 - Urgh - Hate long distance races. Oceane should have won last time out. I'm not a big Sweeney fan though and last run at the course was bad. Maybe was ground though? Nakeeta 10/1 has a very good claimer onboard and solid course form. Renneti 10/1 2nd in Caeserwitch both solid chances. Eshitaal 16/1 good place chance; improving C&D winner. Repeater could be a total plot job @ 16/1. Tough race

4.55 - Naafer 8/1. Course winner and solid form but draw could be bad.

Haydock 2.00 - Not sure Pick Your Choice will stay. Free Code 16/1 looks to have a great chance here. Course winner. Was really game when just lost out to Dutch Law at Newmarket. Recent new front running tactics look decent and could make all and might be hard to peg back on this quick ground. Grand Inquistor 6/1 will bounce back at some point.

2.40 Newmarket - Majoris 5/4

Haydock 3.10 - No idea how Red Box 5/1 won from where she did last time out at Ascot. If in same form I don't think penalty will stop her winning again. Wilamena 4/1 I backed last time out

Newmarket 3.15 - Nations Alexander 9/2

Haydock 3.45 - Interesting. Foundation 11/4 has been gelded, is a course winner and would have gone close to beating Wings of Desire in Dante but was slightly impeded. That form has significantly been franked. The other Gosden horse Royal Artillery 16/1 look very tempting. Was last off the bridle at Ascot and surely if the ground was better would have gone close.
