Goodwood 3.00 - It's hard for a hold up from this stall but if just goes forward more than usual Orbaan is the best handicapped horse in the race by far. Keeps being given shocking rides from what I can see (he says blindly fuming).  Lawful Command has a good draw and C&D record

Goodwood 3.35 - I was all up for Acklam Express and Lazuli today, but watching that side in couple races doesn't look like the right place to be. Instead Mithabby was a massive loser for me last time and surely can't run into traffic problems today. Hoping to see that lethal turn of foots we saw at the Scurry Stakes.

 I looked back to this time 10 years ago and I'd won £8k on Day2 of goodwood. Those skills are long gone but we still go.

13.50 Goodwood - Warren Point beat Israr who has strong form with Secret State. If Royal Rift wins I'm going home as I backed him last time and should have won at 11/2.

Schmilsson I backed last time out and I'm convinced will pop up sooner or later based on that maiden form at bath. The price I suggest is because is a probably a better front runner and from this draw will be tough but good chance of an ew place

 York 2.40 - Atomic Lady 14/1. Backed over C&D last time as thought was well handicapped. Shown nothing like the form behind FLotus or Ever Given but if does will likley do it over C&D today or maybe ebor meeting later in year.

Music Society 20/1. Another Easterby nag unlucky last time out last of bridle and was agonisley unlucky not win win race last year of higher weight. 

If draw does not favour low side both are screwed :)

2.30 Ascot - Clochette  4/6. Should have won last time out. Sweet Harmony has a G2 entry so probably the danger

3.05 Ascot - Machini 13/2. Moore booked. If is given instructions to make all, don't think anything will catch him. Serious question mark about current form but was 10/1 yesterday so hopefully fancied. By far best handicapped horse in race on best form.

3.40 Ascot The Whipmaster 2/1. The formline is strong. Lot's of franking. Moore/Moore are 2 from 3.

4.15 Ascot - Trais Fluor 10/1. Drop in class. Well handicapped if can find form in easier race

7.25 York - Judith 2/1. Right profile for this race.

 1.35 Haydock - Little Earl best form on soft. Chucked in if returns in that form. Highly tried in pattern races. Jockey not great record at track and trainer form not great so not for the acca

2.05 Haydock - Double Cherry one for the fave acca. Hello Jumeirah ran pretty well in the Cheshire Oaks of soft. The horse in front that day all much higher rated now. Even based on last run looks well handicapped and clearly Haggas smashing them in right now. NR.

Zimmerman is too big. Decent form on soft and course.

3.15 Haydock - Assuming Gaassee is the group horse in the handicap here. Intesting Trawlerman a NR assuming wasn't bad scope bt maybe fact thought no chance with Gaassee. That said Something Enticsign is a mental price given last few runs. Could have a stone in hand here. It's Good to Luagh is also a mental price given how unlucky in running has been and mark vs Clevland/Coltrane in Chester Cup.

4.25 Haydock - Speccy one but Zip is best handicapped on previous form. Don't think is in great form and even though Peasron and Fahey team up well toghether, Laura is 0-9 at the track. Has ridden Zip before and if bounces back to some good form is 7lb better than Young Fire vs when they last met last year in this race which means the price i decent value

1.50 Sandown - Mithaaby has a serious turn of foot. Was uber impressive over C&D last time. Given 3yr old weight allwance is the best rated in field. Skipped Ascot for this

3.35 Sandown - With the ground GF I can't back the Vadei. The 3yr old allowance is decent in this and if Native Trail stays will hose up. Is rated 121 over a mile so could assume pushes 130 in time over 1m2f (IF stays)

4.10 Sandown - Protagonist back to flat and best distance. 

4.45 Sandown - Suppose it's mad to take on Haggas right now, but Land of Eagles looks potentially well handicapped

5.15 Sandown - Nelson Gay such a frustrating horse. 5f def best. Should have won at Epsom first time out this season. Moore booked to get the job done today.

6.20 Carlisle - Beach Breeze form behind decent sorts albeit quite far off. Trainers horse do well here so may bounce back.
