 2.30 Chesham - Dark Thirty looks a decent ew. Relation to Embassy is positive who won at Ascot and the Cheverley Park. Assuming Alfred Munnings is going to win this well though so will go into accas. Faisal Road was next on list.

3.05 Jersey - Noble Truth best in my books and maybe if Dubawi Legend bounces back has a chance. I'm looking at the HDB nag as the form is solid right. Hmm. Noble Truth just been gelded, will that impact?  I don't know. The German Gunieass from is not bad either with Maljoom nearly beating Corby.

5.00 Wokingham - I backed First Folio 16/1ew at the beginning of the week. Unsure about jockey/trainer combo, but for me is well handicapped off the back of last run. HAve it in a £5ew with Thesis who won other day so fingers crossed.

Fitythousandand1 is a mental price at 50/1. Beat Black Rod by 4 lenghts, alebiot on AW, 4 lenght behind StMArksBasiclla, HAs been gelded and friendless in the market so probably a no hoper, but hey worth dabble at 50s

Blackrod the best towards top of market, but I still have best hopes for First Folio. Jumby and Chairmanofboard next on list

5.35 - Golden Gate Stakes - There are 5 or 6 in here all nealry half a stone well in. Missed the Cut is well in for sure but lacks experience? Honiton has the best forms line for sure, but I was hoping Sun King ran over 8f as looks well in, but give is po over longer hoping tie tie does the trick.

Top rated/ Looked decent. SBS only juvenile here and sure he sent one silver bullet. Cathy Come Home must be decent if not too far behind Dramatised.

3.05 - Perfect Power has procuced 115 last 3 races. Up in trip to 7 and then 8 and now back to 6. WIll PP improve? Hmm. ~I'm convinced that Perfect Power beat Go Bears Go and Cadamosta last year in the Norfolk by being on the quicker side of the track. Go Bears Go from ratings has also peaked and stopped improving? Cadamosta might be good place bet if AOB in better form. Twinlight Jet absolutley bolted up last time out and the stiff 6 looked right up street. Top rated in Ireland so 9/1 looks decent. I back Wings of War yesterday but not convinced was right thing to do. Stiff 6 may help, but lets see.

3.40 DoE - Trawlerman 5/1, Ajero 10/1, Mashmoor 7/1 CTC

I've been focussing so much on draw of late and it totally screws me. Everyone now says avoid low draw of rthis race. Well I avoided Secret State yesterday due to draw over this C&D and it won. In fact 2nd, 4th and 6th all drawn below 6. Last Year I backe Raymond Tusk in this and was a solid 2nd at 20/1+. So screw the draw and back Trawlerman 5/1. Is chucked in in my opinion. The other interesting one is Ajero 10/1 with the form behind Clementine who beat Sectre State who won yesteday. Will defo stay given how far runs over hurdles. Mashmoor could still be massively unexposed

4.20 Coronation - Backed Discoveries 12/1 Antepost.  Inspiral/Dicoveries Fc

Family wins this race. Likes good ground. Harringotn in form. Inpiral may well win but post disruption not up for backing it.

5.00 Sandringham - Persist 11/1ew, Herdia 9/2 and rfc

/Persist only beat a 77 rated horse last time out, but given fluffed start and made up a long way from the back I reckon beat this horse by 5 lenghts. Therefore is chucekd in in my books :) Heredia beat a big fancy of mine last time out  ans similar to persist fluffed start, came thorugh all sorts of inteference and came home very strongly. Worth covering this with a reverse forecast too.

2.30 Norfolk - Have Brave Nation 16/1ew Antepost. Not sure can win this though as since backed it a few more decent ones have popped up. At beginning fo week Walbank was my idea of a winner. was 7/2 at the time. Only 2/1 now. Doh. Top speed, top RPR. Pillow Talk a close second. Cripsy Cat has to place just looking at the form of Blackbeard and Maria Branwell but has SDS onboard which at Ascot don't think is a good thing.

3.05 King George - Tough. Post Impressionists defeat was key to picking yesterdays winner Elder and I wasn't massively taken by PI's performance so I can't taken it even if form now franked. Secret State well backed and can see why but has to prove it stays. Nefoundland was a lost Derby AP bet so peeved if wins but AOB horse just not going. Mandobi for me has a live ew. Penultimate race form working out well, proven stayer, and it's last race leaves it on a workable handicap mark. Market doesn't like it, but I do. Savvy Knight potentially well handicapped too but draw may not hlep.

3.40 Ribblesdale - Oaks formlines to play with. When Maical Lagoon nearly beat Concert Hall, CH wasn't fully wound up. Life of Dream was 5 lengths of Emily J in the Musi and no gaurantee LoD will improve as much. Naswha ran marginally better in the Oaks than the trial at NEwbury and if you watch that race, Mukaddamah was cruising alongside Nashwa and when Nashwa went Crowley did nothing until too late and then simply kept Muky up without giving hard time. 4.20 Gold Cup - I was fuming Princess Zoe won Sarago as I was hoping for a decent price for this race. 2nd last year and is a horse 5 or 6lbs better. Either way I backed it few days back at 8/1. Kyprios would have been my pick but again AOB needs to show is form. I love the Strad but surely too old now...? To be fair PZoe is 7 so not sure my logic makes total sense.

5.00 Britannia - I looked through this few days ago and backed Thesis and Seb Marrib. Thesis looks really well handicapped. Was travelling all over My Prospero at Newburty before maybe idling without something to aim at. Moore is back onboard so hopefully knows the horse well enough to time the run. The other Seb Marrib bit speccy as last race was bad, but two races before are strong markers that horse is well handicapped.

5.35 Hampton - Reach for The Moon - Another Antepost Derby NR for me. Can;t see it losing but can;t back at 4/9/ Rather have a punt 33/1 for the Eclipse. If wins well will go there surely.

6.10 Buckingham - Minefiled. Keeping it simple. Vafortino C&D winner who won with plenty in hand last time out. Up a fair bit but it's deserved. Might look for more tomorrow. Adding Dance Fever based on handicap over C&D in Moet behind Danyah

2.30 Queen Mary - Dramatised 4/1. Top speed rated and 101 RPR on debit not to be sniffed at. We saw yesterday making all is not easy. Irad doesn't know Ascot but maybe he learned something yesterday. Maria Branwell form looks good. 

3.05 Queens Vase - I feel I need to back Nahanni as ended up on it at the Derby and felt like many was unlucky. Surely 11 days is too soon to follow up after that?  Edler Eldarov 3/1 has a decent profile for this, The horse beat into 3rd place as gone on to win by 9lenghts next time out and beting a Haggas favourite this May is also a feat! A lot of AOBs nags have improved massively for first runs in big races. He only runs this will have a decent chance.

3.40 POW - Gosden was really taken by the Japanese horse at Meydan. Shahryar 4/1 is already a multiople G1 winner already and has surely got to be better vlaue at 4/1 than Bay Bridge.

4.20 Duk of Cambridge.- Novemba's sire Gleneagles won on GF here at Ascot so okay with that part. Needed first run as like last year and form is decent. Novemba 11/1ew. Mother Earth has dodged Baaeed. I like the hold p running style and ran well enough in QEII last year.

5.00 Royal Hunt - BAcked Symbnloise 18/1ew couple days back. A solid 2nd in the Balmoral and effectively 3lb lower with Harry jocked up. Fantasitc Fox 20/1ew unlucky last time and good enough form over C&D. Tempus 40/1ew is a C&D winner running in handicap after finishing twice between higher rated horses on turf so could be decent ew at 40/1

5.35 Windsor - Star of Lady  M 25/1ew top speed and ran a faster time over C&D on same day as Chateau. Bolt Action decent RPR on debut. Little Big Bear 3/1 is 12lb ahead on adjusted ratings.

3.05 Coventry - Persian Force has been tracked since the Brocklesby. One of Hannon's best 2 year old ever reading between the lines. I had been looking at Royal Scotsman as Crowley was keen on chances of it including turning tables with Noble Style, but draw looks tough. Does have top speed rating ahead of Bradsell and ROusing Encore. Persian Force is 3/1 so can't really back anything else but for my own pain Scholarship 25/1 and Royal Scotsman 10/1 would have been ew plays.

3.40 Kings Stand - I thought I'd try find a decent ew and Lazuli was a close as I got. Khadeem was interesting. On paper Golden Pal or Nature Strip win this. I wonder if Nature is rated higher because of runs at 6f? I don't know which way to go, so prefer hit the rfc at 6/1.

4.20 St James - I can't find any angle to take on Corbeous. Berkshire Shado 25/1 was the ew maybe worth considering but sticking with the fave and may absolutely romp home being 7lb clear on ratings

5.35 Wolverton -  I struggle with races like this, but landed on Foxes Tales 10/1. Stays just beyond 10f which useful at Ascot, C&D winner and goes on GF. This is big step down in grade and at the weights is top rated with last's year winner who Foxes Tale beat last time out.
