2.30 Meydan. Important Mission looks best at 6f. Behavioural looks too high in weights. Dubai Icon dropping in trip has to be a concern even if bagged couple of easy wins over 1m. Al Tariq is interesting especially if takes to the course but hasn't run in a while so one to watch. Desert Doctor new trip and Talento looks naff. Kniver Edge should not be 8 times the price (@20/1) of Golden Goal given beat is 2.5 lengths last time they met over C&D. Granter 4lb pull at weights and GG didn't get best of runs still KE is a huge price. This would be my selection but if RIO ANGIE 3/1 runs anywhere near form of last C&D run, it's an easy win. I hsave no idea why was held up in the UAE 1G, but even that form bodes well in a handicap like this. The only challenge must be the draw. What will happen form Stall 9? The worst draw a decent front runner can get. Sam Hitch do something special mate. Kniver Edge in stall 8 is also a front runner so the start will make or break this.

3.05 Meydan - Could make a case for many of these. Most I feel are too high in weights for a handicap unless have improved massively over Autumn and others the trip is not right. Golden Wood has won this race twice of marks of 101 and 105. So event though lb out of the handicap, given the ease of last win cold easily land a hatrick in this race. Walton Street probably is a few lbs ahead og mark but price is short. Zaman could easily outrun 50/1. 10lbs lower than when last seen over C&D but a huge punt to be taken on whether can bounce back to anything close to that form. Luius TIberius I think is a decent ew play, but the one I'm hitting up is AWAY HE GOES 12/1ew. If runs anywhere near to form of that total romp at Donny, this one is still really well handicapped. Given only 5years old have to assume has improved as well. Draw is once again is very wide but perhaps it might suit style of running.
