Goodwood 1.50 - Super Superjack has been hammered so assume wins, but I had Withold last year's second 2lb lower and Solent Gateway cliff horse lined up.

Goodwood 3.00 - It's hard for a hold up from this stall but if just goes forward more than usual Orbaan is the best handicapped horse in the race by far. Keeps being given shocking rides from what I can see (he says blindly fuming). Lawful Command has a good draw and C&D record

Goodwood 3.35 - I was all up for Acklam Express and Lazuli today, but watching that side in couple races doesn't look like the right place to be. Instead Mithabby was a massive loser for me last time and surely can't run into traffic problems today. Hoping to see that lethal turn of foots we saw at the Scurry Stakes.
