Nice to hit a 40/1 winner at Meydan last week.
Haven't had a chance to look in depth this week
2.05 - Chef De Partie 7/1ew. Best horse here on Turf over 1m. The draw is a major issue, but Mullen has ridden this horse enough to know what to do. Algernon is next best and then Condor Pasa IF stays the trip.
3.15 - Perfect Love 22/1ew. Is pretty consistent on turf at this trip. Down 5lb from when was second here over 7f and was staying on really well.
3.50 - Nevershow Weakness 6/4
4.25 - Starlust 5/4. Great Truth has to improve over a stone to beat Starlust. Maybe will happen but seems a big ask.
5.00 - Can make a case for most of these. Ruling Dynasty is chucked in off that Haydock race. Copper Horse was too far and some medical reasons for last race over C&D. Scottish Anthem would have beaten Dhahabi with a better trip and draw lto. Tides of War is I think over this distance the best, but just doesn't seem to have the pace to finish a race off. HMMM. With Simcock in decent for will take a big risk with Tides of War 16/1ew
5.35 - Can't get Mr Kafoo 7/4 right. Backed 3 races back and beat, took him on last twice and won. Will back him today. Not much in the field on paper I can see.
6.10 - Could have backed a lot of these. Keffaf, Law of Nature, Wanees, Al Mayan Act of Wisdom but will go with Law of Nature 6/1ew
