1.20 Donny - Grey's Monument 9/1ew. For me looks the one who is potentially still progressive. Decent distance winner lto.
1.50 Donny - Atherstone Warrior 16/1ew. Managed to back this before got hammered.
2.25 Donny - Thunder Roar 8/1ew. Solid C&D two race back. Decent draw. Spencer onboard. Had a prep run
3.00 Donny - Orazio 3/1
3.35 Donny - Navagio 25/1ew. Do you ignore the fact this beat a 102, 98, 104 horses when two of them also had 7lb claimers and carried nearly a stone less? No.
Any thoughts on the ride given to navagio?

It was a great shout selection, deserved a bit more luck or atleast better choices during the race from the pilot!
Fuming. Given it stays it needed to be close to the leaders. I've watched the race a few times and I really think should have won.

ReplyDeleteWouldn't give up on Orazio just yet. If ran in a handicap off that mark, of soft over 6f, would be really competitive. I just don't think you'll get a good price though. Lets see. Both horses that beat it were rated 8lbs higher so was a good effort.
