Yesterday was a total disaster.
I upped stakes.
I backed without the usual checks.
I followed money and backed blindly.
I chased.
Antepost bets took a turn for the worse.
I've done this about 5 times in the last few years, but I really need a big phat RESET and start to find discipline again as I'm hemorrhaging dollars again.
I'll take the PnL back to beginning of year (my last RESET) and go from there.

The fundamental issue is time. I don't have it anymore so need to work out a way to shortcut or focus on certain things.
