2.05PM UPDATE>>>> Rain has changed everything. FFS! Everything I've bet on at Newmarket was based on GF. Jockeys are saying is GS verging on S now! ARGH!!

Big few days of racing. Excited. Tom Pricewise Segal from the Racingpost is in action today and he has gone for:

2.10 Newmarket - Belardo 6/1
3.15 Newmarket - Madeed 8/1

A lot of trainers in form and a lot of good formlines to pick through today, but I think the markets look right. Those at forefront are going to do well....

Newmarket 1.40 - Forever Now 3/1 was clipped from 20/1 into 16/1 for the Leger yesterday. Strong vibes across numerous outlets on this one. Very impressive last race. Watch it. On paper should be rated 103 (and that's harsh). I imagine will improve again today and just like Belle D'Or Gosden knows he has a rock solid horse and is just throwing him up in class to bag another prize. Gosden has won this 3 years in a row too! Windshear next best as ran a blinder at Ascot

Newmarket 2.10 - Segal has tipped Belardo. Muhaarar looks decent but have to assume wants soft ground as dodged Ascot. I don't think can use the Hootenanny form as Union Rose blew the form and Hootie is in league of own, miles ahead of all the runners, so cross out Mubtaghaa. The Great War was terrible at Ascot so can't back him. I like Mind of Madness, but trainer not in good form and yet to see how strong the Norfolk is. That leaves Jungle Cat, Anglic Lord and Ivawood. Angelic Lord had every chance and Dascombe not going great so I will strike off. Ivawood 3/1 looks decent. Once got going accelerated very quickly, but the Coventry, I reckon, is strong so Jungle Cat 13/2 gets backed too. Dougal nearly tempted me

Newmarket 2.40 - This race is not leaving the Stoute Yard. Arab Spring has been backed very well, but Hillstar 3/1 ain't no mug and I think wold have been much much closee to Telescope if was not blocked. He was cruising when everyone else was off the bridle pumping. It's decent handicap form versus class. The Moore choice and Ascot times suggest Arab Spring.

Newmarket 3.15 - Segal has tipped Madeed 8/1 and can see why as ran very well from that Ascot draw. I've not agreed with Segal in a long time, so hoping this is good! What About Carlo is good but not sure decent enough in this field after that rise. Loads of money for in form Haggas' Mange All, but I'm not sure what he has beaten. Mount Logan looks group class in the making but keener on Madeed.

Newmarket 3.40 - Hannon said Osaila 10/3 is best chance of the meeting. Matthew Tester in his Ascot review said good things about the Albany, so let's go with it although Sulaalaat has been smashed in betting.

Newmarket 4.25 - I spent 30mins looking at this and no founded answer. I can;t work out why Pretzel is favourite, but looks like another Gosden hotpot jumping grade. Interesting that this one has gone handicap route first though. Zarwaan has the best handicap form of a high weight in the Brittania. I was going to go in for Coultsy, but actually Anjaal 25/1 is 6lb better off and had a far worse draw last time, so worth a punt? Speculative.

Newmarket 5.30 - Doctor Parkes 5/1 finished 2nd in this last year off 6lb higher. Trainer in good nick, Moore onboard, horse is god nick, what's not to like? Ryan Moore rode behind Oh So Sassy last time so should know how to beat her. Arctic Lynx could outrun 20/1

Donny 3.05 - Burnt Sugar 10/11 all over this one

Donny 4.50 - Quest for More 10/3 I piled into this one last time, but was a NR.

Notts 4.35 - Sunrise Star 6/4
