Lingfield 2.15 – Red Somerset
Lingfield 2.45 – Purple Affair is going to relish the extra
furlong. Although technically up 6lb with no claimer 8/1 is too big. Sudden
Wish also came storming home over 7 furlongs and is the likely worthy favourite
especially with Bailey’s horses running well. Not too many here who will like
the trip, so might be a big price forecast.
Lingfield 3.15 – Celtic Charlie has done well over C&D
but I’ll chance with Land Hawk. Looked unlucky in his last race and I think
will reverse placings Prince Blue.
Lingfield 4.15 – Absa Lutte is in good form and does like it
here. The interesting one has to be Chevise, but is in such bad form would take
a brave man to back it. He has had Queally, Turner and Da Silva onboard the
last 3 races, so must be decent. Will the 7lb claim bring him storming back?
Towcester 4.30 – Chac Du Cadran has decent enough formlines
and course form to be a justified favourite. Down in class as well.
